How much does automation cost?

Can my team manage things themselves afterward?
Yes — everything is built to be run day to day by your own team, with clear documentation and support whenever you need it. We don't build systems only we understand.
Is hosting and support included?
Yes. Hosting, security, backups, and technical support are included in every package, for as long as you keep the monthly management plan active.
What tools and systems do you integrate with?
Whatever your business already runs on — common CRMs, email/SMS providers, e-commerce platforms, calendar/booking tools, and accounting software. If you're not sure whether we support something specific, ask us directly.
Do I need a technical team to work with you?
No. We handle the technical setup end to end. You just need to be able to describe how your business currently works — we translate that into the automation.
What if I already have a website or CRM?
That's the normal case — we connect to what you already use rather than asking you to switch platforms, unless something you're on genuinely can't support what you need.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
The one-time setup fee covers the build itself. Ongoing automation management is billed monthly with no long-term lock-in — you can cancel with notice if it's no longer a fit.
What happens to the automation if I stop the monthly plan?
You keep what was built. Without the management plan you lose included hosting, monitoring, and support, so we'll help you either self-host it or wind it down cleanly — your data and workflows are never held hostage.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes — we use reputable, established providers for hosting and any third-party integrations, apply standard security practices, and never sell or share your data. See our privacy policy for details.
My business is small — is this overkill?
Usually not. The Starter package exists exactly for this: one well-chosen automation (like lead follow-up or appointment reminders) that saves real time without a big commitment.
