We go live, watch closely for the first stretch to catch anything a test scenario didn't cover, and hand over clear documentation so your team knows exactly how to run and adjust things day to day. Hosting, security, backups, and support stay included after launch — we don't disappear once it's live.

What “support included” actually means.
If something breaks, you email us and we fix it — that's covered by every package. If you want to add automations later or adjust how something works, that's normal ongoing work billed at the monthly management rate for your package (see packages), not a new project from scratch.
How long it takes.
Most single-automation projects (our Starter package) are live within one to two weeks of kicking off. Multi-automation and AI-driven builds typically take three to six weeks depending on how many systems we're connecting. We'll give you a specific estimate once we've scoped your project in step 2 (see pricing).
